There seems to be no limit to the things that Sidney Crosby can do on the ice.

In a season where everyone gushes over young phenoms like Connor McDavid and their exploits, “old” man Sid the Kid is still bringing it heading into his 30s.

The Penguins were in Buffalo last night and late in the first period were on the powerplay in a 0-0 game. Crosby collected the puck in his own end and then cut through all four Buffalo defenders with barely a tap on his pads on the way. He broke in on Sabres’ goalie Robin Lehner and lifted a one-handed backhand shot over the netminder’s shoulder for the first goal of the game.

Even though we expect Crosby to make unreal plays, he never ceases to amaze with goals like that one. It was also his league-leading 41st, propelling Pittsburgh to a 3-1 victory.
