Ronda Rousey is the queen of making her opponents tap out. In her 11 professional MMA fights, she has won nine of them via submission. Oh, and she finished the other two with a combination of knees and punches.
While doing an open training session ahead of Saturday’s championship fight against Bethe Correia, Rousey found herself tangled up with this diminutive challenger, who slapped her into an unknown grappling hold.
Okay, we totally lied and the diminutive challenger was actually a young fan and the unknown grappling hold was actually a huge hug. It was still a pretty heartwarming moment for an athlete who is better known for decimating people in the cage than engaging in human warmth.
