Okay, before you fire up your Twitter fingers in anger, we’re well aware that this is a joke. But some baseball fans in Cleveland might get juuuuust a little bit upset at Trevor Bauer mocking his own team’s recent World Series failure.

Bauer, a noted troll himself, was the subject of a Thanksgiving tweet from whomever runs the Cleveland Indians Twitter account, poking fun at the bizarre injury the starting pitcher picked up during the playoffs while repairing his drone. A nasty slice on the pinky finger of his throwing hand caused him to be removed from Game 3 of the ALCS in the first inning.

Bauer clapped back with a tweet of his own, mocking the Indians for blowing a 3-1 series lead to the eventual champions Chicago Cubs. Please note that Bauer went 0-2 in the Series, losing Games 2 and 5.

Bauer signed a 1-year, $1.7 million contract with the Indians before last season. He will enter his first year of arbitration in 2017.
